Very good! It has 3 functions, including 2 for massage and 1 for heating, which are used separately. The first massage is strong and needs to be done for a very short time. The second massage is done by inflating and deflating the cushion. It doesn't have an internal lithium battery; it connects directly to a Type-C phone charger (the cable is included), which I think is good because this type of battery carries the risk of catching fire.
